🧑🔧 We are Hiring – Office Boy / Girl
📌 Job Responsibilities
☕ Tea / Coffee Making
➤ Preparing tea, coffee, and beverages for staff, visitors, and clients.
🧼 Office Cleaning
➤ Daily cleaning and upkeep of office premises.
🧹 Workshop Cleaning (as required)
➤ Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of workshop areas.
🚻 Restroom Cleaning
➤ Ensuring washrooms remain clean and hygienic.
🚚 Product Deliveries
➤ Delivering products, documents, and parcels within Mumbai and nearby areas.
📦 Material Pickups
➤ Collecting materials, stationery, and items required for office/workshop operations.
🧽 Dusting & Mopping
➤ Regular dusting of furniture, equipment, and mopping of floors.
🗂️ Filing & Documentation Support
➤ Assisting with filing, photocopying, and basic office documentation.
🏷️ Storage & Inventory Management
➤ Maintaining office supplies, pantry items, stationery, and storage areas.
🔐 Opening & Closing of Office
➤ Responsible for opening the office before working hours and securing it after office hours.
🔧 Workshop Opening & Closing (if required)
➤ Assisting with workshop access and basic housekeeping activities.
⏰ Working Hours & Office Timing
🕣 Reporting Time: 08:45 AM Sharp
🕘 Office Hours: 08:50 AM to 06:15 PM
🍽️ Lunch Break: 01:30 PM to 02:00 PM
📝 Daily Work Report Submission: By 06:00 PM
🕡 Leaving Time: 06:30 PM
🗓️ Interview Timings
🕥 Morning Session: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
🕝 Afternoon Session: 02:30 PM to 05:00 PM
💰 Salary Range
₹14,000 to ₹15,000 per month
📅 Job Type
Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)
✅ Preference will be given to candidates residing in CBD Belapur, Kharghar, Nerul, Seawoods, Juinagar, Sanpada, Turbhe, Vashi, and nearby Navi Mumbai areas.
