Daily Roles & Responsibilities

​Multi-Store Audits: Conduct unannounced, rotating physical site visits to 2–3 assigned outlets daily to ensure 100% adherence to operational standards.

​Quality & Cold-Chain Control: Audit product taste, thickness, and recipe consistency while monitoring deep freezer and chiller temperatures daily to prevent base spoilage.

​Stock & Inventory Management: Review daily opening/closing stock logs and enforce the FEFO (First Expiring, First Out) rule for all dairy, fruit pulps, and packaging materials.

​Cash Reconciliation: Perform surprise physical cash drawer counts and reconcile cash-on-hand against live POS reports, UPI/card payments, and petty cash receipts.

​Aggregator Monitoring: Track live Swiggy and Zomato dashboards to immediately resolve active store flags, order cancellations, preparation delays, or packaging complaints.

​Hygiene & Grooming Enforcement: Inspect outlet deep cleaning logs, equipment sanitation (blenders, ice machines), and ensure 100% compliance with staff uniform and grooming standards.

​Manpower Management: Verify daily staff attendance, manage shift rosters, and coordinate immediate inter-store staff shifts to handle sudden absenteeism or shortages.

​EOD Report Validation: Review and approve digital End-of-Day (EOD) reports submitted by Store Managers and escalate critical operational or machinery issues directly to the Owner.
