Job Description

TradeBridge Pvt Ltd is hiring dynamic and target-oriented Outbound Telesales Executives for our onboarding and activation team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

  • Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain TradeBridge services.
  • Convert leads into active users/customers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain call records and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Requirements:Minimum 2 years of telesales or outbound calling experience.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluent in Hindi and regional languages.
  • Basic English knowledge preferred.
  • Comfortable with target-based work environment.


Job Details:

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

  • Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM
