Job Title: Manager – Corporate Partnerships & Institutional Sales


Company: Kaidoo / Kaireka Foods

Location: Mumbai, with travel across Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane; occasional travel to other cities

Role Type: Full-time or consulting-to-full-time


About the role

Kaidoo is building clean-label, better-for-you snacks for children and families. We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships & Institutional Sales Manager to build our office, pantry, vending, cafeteria and corporate-gifting channels.

The person will identify, approach and convert corporate micro-kitchen operators, office canteen operators, pantry vendors, vending-machine companies, workplace-experience companies, HR/admin teams and institutional buyers. The objective is to place Kaidoo products such as Date Choco Pops in office pantries, cafeterias, vending machines, employee snack programs, wellness boxes, sampling events and corporate gifting programs.


Key responsibilities

Identify and build a database of corporate cafeteria operators, gyms, pantry-management companies, vending operators, office admin vendors, HR/wellness partners and corporate-gifting companies across Mumbai and other priority cities.

Approach companies similar to SmartQ, GoKhana, HungerBox, cult, Gold's Gym, Anytime Fitness, Vendiman, Go-Grab, 4SYZ, Magicomeal, Venture Hospitality, Sodexo, Elior and ISS for vendor onboarding and product placement.

Build relationships with procurement heads, admin heads, HR teams, facility managers, cafeteria managers and corporate food-service partners.

Pitch Kaidoo products for office pantry stocking, cafeteria counters, vending machines, micro-kitchens, wellness snack boxes, sampling events and corporate gifting.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold outreach, meetings, sampling, commercial negotiation, documentation, vendor onboarding, PO follow-up and repeat orders.

Organize office sampling activations, pop-ups and tasting sessions to generate trial.

Create simple channel-wise proposals, pricing sheets, catalogues and pitch decks.

Coordinate internally with production, inventory, dispatch and finance to ensure timely fulfilment.

Track leads, meetings, trials, conversions, repeat orders and revenue through a CRM or structured tracker.

Collect feedback from corporate users and operators on pricing, pack size, flavours, display, barcode, shelf life and ordering process.

Candidate profile

3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, HoReCa sales, corporate food-service sales, vending, cafeteria operations, FMCG distribution or workplace-experience partnerships.

Strong existing network with corporate admins, procurement teams, pantry vendors, cafeteria operators, vending companies or facility-management companies.

Prior experience selling food, snacks, beverages, coffee, packaged foods, health foods, bakery products, dairy, confectionery or meal solutions will be preferred.

Should be comfortable with field sales, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, in-person meetings and repeated follow-ups.

Should understand corporate vendor onboarding, sampling, commercial negotiations, credit terms and purchase-order processes.

Should be structured enough to maintain a lead tracker and follow a weekly conversion pipeline.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is useful for Mumbai-based operations.

Compensation structure

Fixed salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, plus upto 100% incentive depending on revenue receipts generated.
