Job Description

Job Title: Online Tele Pharmacist

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Company: PharmEasy

Shift: Day shift (Rotational)

Week Off: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to confirm medicine orders
  • Provide basic guidance related to prescriptions/orders
  • Upsell relevant products/services
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing
  • Maintain good customer communication

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of medicines
  • Comfortable with calling role

Note: Immediate joining preferred
