Job Title: Phlebotomist Operations Executive
Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
- Job Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate daily phlebotomist operations.
- Ensure phlebotomists report on time and follow assigned schedules.
- Monitor attendance, login/logout, and field movement.
- Allocate patient appointments and optimize routes.
- Coordinate with phlebotomists to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain service quality and ensure timely sample collection.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Shift Details:
- Work Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
- Work Schedule: Day Shift
- From Home Login: 6:00 AM
- Office Reporting Time: 8:00 AM
- Logout: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple phlebotomists and manage field operations.
- Experience in healthcare operations is preferred.
Salary: As per company standards.
