Presales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Pre-Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain project details and answer customer queries.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain leads in the CRM system.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales departments for lead management.
• She is responsible for generating leads through inbound and outbound calls, approaching prospective customers, explaining project details, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into qualified leads for the sales team

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• 12th  Pass.
• 0–1 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate Pre-Sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an advantage.
