Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the execution of HVAC and Electrical projects for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project coordination, quality compliance, and timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day execution of HVAC and Electrical project activities at site.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of work.
• Track project milestones and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid project delays.
• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Support project handover, testing, and commissioning activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and Electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project documents.
• Site execution and project coordination skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Commercial Building or Infrastructure Projects.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC and Electrical project execution.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
