Job Description
- Supervise the work of store department.
- Responsible for quality & safety of product
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Tracking Pending PR.
- Sending RFQ on time. Timely generating Purchase Order & sending to supplier. Taking supplier acknowledgement for receipt of PO and taking tentative dispatch date.
- Regular Coordination with all depts. for planning & requirement of material.
- Searching new supplier for RM/PM and save the cost of material and transport charges.
- Monitoring supplier payment regularly, Coordination with Accounts team for Timely payment to suppliers, solving supplier's payment related queries.
- Monitoring material rejected, timely returning of rejected material.
- Follow up with vendor for timely delivery of material.
- Preparation of restaurant consumption report.
- Stock taking -twice in the month.
- Invoice submission
- Coordinate with store department while receiving the material.
