QA / QC Executive

1. Color Matching

• Expertise in shade evaluation using both spectrophotometer and visual assessment.
• Ability to maintain batch-to-batch consistency and resolve shade variation issues.
• Proficiency in color recipe correction and shade reproducibility across substrates.

2. Fastness Testing

• Skilled in evaluating wash, rubbing, perspiration, sublimation, and light fastness.
• Knowledge of AATCC, ISO, and buyer-specific test methods.
• Ability to interpret fastness test reports and recommend process/chemical adjustments.

3. Cotton Dyeing

• Strong understanding of reactive dye application on cotton.
• Familiarity with pre-treatment, fixation, washing-off, and after-treatment processes.
• Troubleshooting shade variation, uneven dyeing, or poor fastness issues in cotton substrates.

4. Nylon Dyeing

• Hands-on knowledge of acid dye and disperse dye application on nylon.
• Expertise in controlling dye bath pH, temperature, and leveling agents for uniform results.
• Addressing challenges such as migration, streaking, or shade reproducibility in nylon dyeing.

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma or Higher
