Job Description
Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive
Location: Rabale / Navi Mumbai
Department: Quality Control
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Quality Control Executive for our construction chemicals division. The candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials and finished products like admixtures, tile adhesives, waterproofing chemicals, and coatings to ensure consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Perform lab testing for construction chemicals (admixtures, waterproofing, tile adhesives, etc.)
Maintain daily QC reports and documentation
Monitor batch quality during production
Identify quality issues and coordinate with production team
Ensure products meet company and industry standards
Maintain lab equipment and cleanliness
Follow safety and quality guidelines
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of construction chemicals / QC testing
Lab testing and reporting skills
Attention to detail
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Qualification:
B.Sc / Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
Preferred:
Experience in construction chemicals or manufacturing industry
