Hiring – Quotation & Proposal Preparation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Entry of customer enquiries into ERP system
• Preparation and generation of quotations in ERP
• Sending quotations and proposals to customers via email
• Follow-up with customers for quotation status and order conversion
• Coordination with internal departments for costing and technical inputs
• Maintaining quotation records and ERP updates
• Preparing LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, and marketing content
• Supporting customer communication and business development activities
• Desired Candidate Profile: Good communication and email drafting skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and deadlines efficiently
• Social media handling and marketing support capability preferred
