About the Role

Reco Property LLP is a MahaRERA-registered real estate brokerage and channel partner. We are looking for a confident, camera-friendly Real Estate Content Presenter to become the on-screen face of our brand.

You will visit our project sites across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai and present property walkthroughs, project tours, reels, and social media videos in Hindi and English. Your job is to make viewers feel like they are walking through the property with you — explaining layouts, amenities, and locations in a way that is clear, engaging, and trustworthy.

You Present. We Handle the Rest.

This is an on-camera role — you are not expected to shoot or edit. Our in-house videographer and video editing team handle all filming, drone shots, editing, and publishing. Scripts and project briefs will be provided. All you need to bring is confidence, clarity, and screen presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Camera Presentation

• Be the on-screen face of Reco Property LLP across property walkthroughs, project tours, reels, and short-form videos.
• Present property walkthroughs at project sites — covering sample flats, layouts, amenities, location advantages, and project highlights.
• Deliver content confidently in both Hindi and English, and in a natural mix of the two where the audience requires it.
• Read, adapt, and deliver scripts naturally on camera without sounding rehearsed.
• Speak fluently to camera with clear diction, good energy, and a warm, trustworthy on-screen personality.
• Handle multiple takes patiently and take creative direction positively during shoots.
• Maintain a consistent on-screen presence and personality that viewers recognise and trust.

2. Site Shoots & Coordination

• Travel to different project sites across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai for scheduled shoots.
• Coordinate with the videographer and content team before each shoot regarding location, script, and shot requirements.
• Study the project details in advance — configuration, pricing, amenities, and USPs — so the delivery sounds informed and confident.
• Be camera-ready and well-groomed as per the brief for every shoot.
• Work comfortably in on-site conditions, including under-construction and outdoor project locations.
• Ensure shoots are completed within the planned schedule.

3. Content Support & Social Media

• Contribute ideas for content formats, hooks, and trending concepts suited to real estate audiences.
• Record voice-overs and short clips as required by the content team.
• Present client testimonials, project announcements, offers, and company updates on camera.
• Stay updated on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social media content trends relevant to real estate.
• Coordinate with the editing team on delivery timelines and content calendar requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken Hindi and English with clear pronunciation and confident delivery.
• Strong on-camera presence — comfortable, expressive, and natural in front of a camera.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance suited to a customer-facing brand.
• Confidence to speak fluently without hesitation, and to memorise or adapt scripts quickly.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai for shoots.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a flexible shoot schedule including occasional weekends.
• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Freshers with strong screen presence are welcome.
• Active interest in social media content, reels, and short-form video formats.

Good to Have

• Prior experience as an anchor, presenter, host, model, actor, or content creator.
• Personal Instagram or YouTube content, college fest anchoring, or any on-camera work that can be shown as a sample.
• Knowledge of Marathi as a third language.
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology, or familiarity with Navi Mumbai and Mumbai localities.
• Basic mobile videography or self-recording ability for quick content.

• Fixed Salary — ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on audition performance and screen presence.

Selection Process

• Round 1 — Initial telephonic discussion.
• Round 2 — Screen test / audition: a short property walkthrough or self-introduction on camera, in Hindi and English.
• Round 3 — Face-to-face discussion at our Kharghar office.

Candidates may share any existing on-camera samples — reels, anchoring clips, or self-recorded videos — along with their application. Samples are welcome but not mandatory; freshers will be assessed purely on the audition.
