Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Executive drives revenue by generating leads, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through property acquisitions. They manage the entire sales cycle—froLead Generation & Prospecting: Source new buyers through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and participating in property exhibitions.
Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budget, and investment goals to match them with suitable residential or commercial properties.
Site Visits & Showings: Coordinate and accompany prospective clients on property tours, highlighting features and answering technical or location-based inquiries.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate price negotiations, payment plans, and contract terms to successfully close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
Transaction Management: Work alongside legal, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth documentation, home loans, and property registration.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local real estate trends, competitor offerings, zoning regulations, and property valuationsm prospecting and negotiation to closing deals—while building lasting customer relationships and acting as the main bridge between buyers and developer
