Job Description
We are looking for Team members who are passionate about food, disciplined in execution, and willing to learn. This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare mise en place as per daily production requirements
- Assist in pizza preparation and cooking (dough handling, topping, baking)
- Prepare pasta, sauces, and desserts as per standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards strictly
- Assist in receiving and storing raw materials properly
- Work efficiently during service hours under pressure
- Support senior chefs and follow instructions accurately
- Participate in daily cleaning and closing duties
