JOB DESCRIPTION

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. They play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience while ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

• Sales and Customer Service:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and promotions, Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

• Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Counter

Ensure products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and displays.

• Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Retail head

Assist with stock-taking, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.

• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
