Sales Executive

1.      Retail Sales.

-         In your capacity as Sales Executive you shall be responsible for overall Business development of the Store.

-         You shall handle walk in customers and handle the sales process from understanding their requirements to closing the sale.

-         Cross Selling: It will also be in your purview to cross sell available products along with customers’ existing purchases.

-         Deep Selling: You shall also focus on understanding needs and circumstances of any individual and educate and encourage them to buy related products from our store.

-         Order Tracking: In situations where a particular product is not available at the time of customer walk in, you shall record such enquiries with all relevant details and pass it on the Management team for procurement. Post procurement such enquiries need to be followed through and closed as much as possible.

-         All sales should be recorded in the system and authentic Bills / Receipts to be given to customer on each purchase.

2.      Inventory Management.

-         Procurement and Stocking of Inventory is although in the control and purview of the Management, it shall be a part of your service here to keep track and report the management on low stocks.

-         Majority of the inventory available in the store are of high value and therefore it shall be your responsibility to maintain surveillance and keep the displays always clean and tidy.

3.      Remuneration.

-         Your Monthly Salary is 18000-20000 exclusive of Travel and Incentives.

-         Salary payment shall be credited to your Salary account between 1st and 5th of every month. Salary calculation cycle being the previous calendar month.

4.      Working Hours and Leaves.

-         Working hours will be 11:00 noon to 8.30 pm on all days (Exceptions Subjective).
