Job Description
- Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, qualifying their needs, and recommending suitable vehicle models.
- Demonstration: Explaining vehicle features, benefits, and warranties; conducting test drives.
- Sales Negotiation: Overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and trade-in values to close deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining a database of contacts, following up with potential leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction to generate repeat business.
- Administrative Work: Completing sales orders, coordinating with the finance department for financing/leasing options, and handling required documentation.
- Product Knowledge: Staying updated on new car features, accessories, and industry market trends.
- Showroom Management: Maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring the showroom/lot is neat, and assisting with vehicle displays
