Job Description
Sales & Lead Generation Executive – Freight Forwarding
Location: JNPT
Experience: 0–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an energetic Sales & Lead Generation Executive to help grow our freight forwarding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new customers such as importers, exporters, manufacturers, and traders
- Make cold calls and send emails
- Follow up with leads and arrange customer meetings
- Prepare quotations with support from the Operations team
- Build strong customer relationships
- Update lead details in Excel or CRM
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth shipment handling
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in speaking with customers
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Internet
- Willingness to learn and grow
