• Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales & marketing strategies for lead generation.
• Build tie-ups with builders, brokers, architects, and corporates.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Manage CRM for client follow-ups and conversions.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and site visits.
• Key RequirementsProven experience in sales & marketing (interior design, real estate, or related industry preferred).
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing & social media promotion is a plus.
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years in a relevant role.
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
