Security Field Officer

• Supervision & Personnel Management:
• Supervise on-site security personnel, including monitoring attendance, performance, and grooming standards.
• Conduct site inspections, patrols, and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Recruit, train, and mentor security guards, maintaining a pool of trained staff to manage manpower shortages.
• Ensure proper handover/takeover between security shifts.
• Operational Security:
• Develop and implement site-specific security plans, procedures, and emergency contingency plans.
• Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and potential threats to client premises.
• Monitor access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the site.
• Ensure the protection of clients' movable and immovable assets.
• Incident Management & Reporting:
• Respond to incidents, security breaches, and emergency situations (fire, theft, medical).
• Maintain detailed daily activity reports and submit incident reports to management.
• Review surveillance equipment and security systems regularly.
• Client Relations & Compliance:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Ensure all security activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain an active, professional presence to deter criminal activities.
