Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

• Ensuring accuracy of day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance
• Handling all taxation matters including GST (filing, reconciliation, ITC), TDS, and Professional Tax; staying updated with applicable statutory requirements and compliance timelines
• Preparing and submitting periodic MIS reports to Management covering revenue, receivables, payables, and cash flow position
• Supporting regulatory and compliance-related financial documentation as required under CPCB/MPCB/EPR frameworks
• Developing and maintaining internal financial controls and ensuring adherence to company financial policies and procedures
• Coordinating with operations and logistics teams for invoice accuracy and vendor payment processing

Desired Skills

• Sound understanding of accounting principles, MIS reporting, and financial process management
• Hands-on working knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Familiarity with e-waste, recycling, or manufacturing sector accounting will be an added advantage
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to meet statutory deadlines
