Job Title - Social Media Trainee

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time, Office-based)

Stipend: ₹5000/- Per Month

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a Work from Office role where you will get hands-on, real-world experience in planning, creating, and executing social media strategies.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Curation: Brainstorm, plan, and create engaging, high-quality content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and static feeds.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish regular content across all official social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Trend Analysis: Monitor daily social media trends, viral audio tracks, memes, and industry news to adapt them quickly for our brand.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, respond to direct messages, and actively build a vibrant online community.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track weekly and monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and share insights on what is performing best.

 Qualifications:

graduates pursuing or completed BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media), BA in Journalism/Mass Communication, BBA (Marketing), or B.Com are highly preferred. 

 Required Skills : 

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a solid mix of creative, technical, and analytical skills:

1. Content & Social Media Core Skills

• Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and native features (Reels, Polls, Carousel posts, Shorts).
• Copywriting & Captioning: Excellent copywriting skills to write catchy hooks, compelling captions, and optimized call-to-actions .
• Trend-Spotting: Ability to spot viral trends early and turn them into creative concepts instantly.

2. Creative & Technical Tools

• Graphic Design Basics: Proficiency in using tools like Canva (or Photoshop) to design clean, visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and stories.
• Video Editing: Hands-on experience editing short-form video content on mobile or desktop tools (such as VN Editor, CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or Filmora).
• Knowledge of AI Tools for generating video and images.

3. Marketing & Analytical Mindset

• Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword placement, and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Data Interpretation: Ability to look at Instagram/YouTube insights and analytics to understand audience behavior and improve reach.

4. Soft Skills

• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive & Creative Thinking: A self-starter mindset with the ability to bring fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas to the table without constant supervision.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work smoothly with the team members in an office environment.
