Job Description

  • Dispense prescription medicines accurately as per doctor’s prescription
  • Provide proper guidance to customers on dosage, side effects, and storage
  • Ensure availability of medicines and maintain adequate stock levels
  • Maintain records of narcotic and scheduled drugs as per legal requirements
  • Check expiry dates and remove expired/damaged products
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and daily sales reports
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy store
  • Coordinate with suppliers and place orders when required
  • Ensure compliance with local pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, inventory systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
