Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Email & Chat Process - Tata Digital (TDL)


Process: 90% Email & Chat | 10% Voice Support

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC Pass with BPO experience OR Graduate Freshers
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Good English communication skills
  • Versant Level 4+ preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, and occasional voice interactions
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Document customer interactions as per process requirements

Shift Timings:

  • Female Candidates: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Male Candidates: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
  • Rotational weekly offs

Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹22,500 per month
  • In-hand Salary: Approximately ₹18,000 per month

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
