Job Description

TECH MAHINDRA - HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (DOMESTIC PROCESS)



Key Responsibilities:

- Blended Process (Voice, Chat & Email)

- Provide excellent customer service to clients

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Handle customer queries related to bank.


LOCATION : Ghansoli Navi Mumbai

NOTE- ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES CAN APPLY


Eligibility:

- Graduate degree

- Candidates with 6 months -2 years of any (Voice, Chat & Email) process experience are also welcome to Apply



Selection Process:

- HR Round

- Ops Round

- Client Round



Compensation:

Graduate+ 6 months in banking BPO experience

*Salary* -

6m - 1yr 27.8k IH

1yr - 1.5yr - 32k IH

2yr - 2yr+ - 35.4K IH



Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working with rotational shifts

Day Rotational (8 am -9pm ) any 9 Hrs

Sunday fixed off
