Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring Tele callers for our outbound /Inbound banking process. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate Inbound/Outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and associated terms to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
