Job Description:
Hernest Realty is hiring a Telecaller to generate and qualify leads for real estate projects. The role involves calling prospective clients, explaining property options, scheduling site visits, and maintaining follow-ups until conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads from database/portals
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
• Maintain call records and update CRM/lead sheets daily
• Follow up regularly with prospective buyers
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati)
• Prior telecalling/tele-sales experience preferred (real estate a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
• Target-driven and confident on calls
• Female candidates preferred
