Job Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from leads received through portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website enquiries, and marketing campaigns.

• Explain company products such as Fiber Laser Marking Machines and Laser Cutting Machines.

• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, application, material, and budget.

• Schedule product demos, meetings, and site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in CRM or Excel.

• Follow up with hot, warm, and cold leads regularly.

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling.

• Maintain strong communication and relationship with prospective clients.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Ability to handle B2B industrial customers.

• Basic understanding of industrial machinery preferred.

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

Qualification

• Graduate
