Job Description

Position: LG Inbound Process Executive

Location: Ghansoli MBP

Salary: ₹12,200/- and above

shift timings:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Rotational week off


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to LG products and services
  • Provide clear and effective communication in Hindi to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support
  • Required Skills & QualificationsStrong Hindi communication skills (verbal)
  • Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work in rotational week-offs and fixed shifts
