Job Description
Tele Counsellor – Walk-in Drive
Company: Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training
Location: Vashi Railway Station Tower 6 K Block 2nd Floor
Interview Mode: Walk-in (Face to Face)
📌 Job Role:
We are hiring Tele Counsellors in bulk (50–60 joinings every month). Candidates with BPO experience and good communication skills preferred.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
Follow-up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain daily call records & data in system
Achieve monthly targets
Handle queries of students & parents professionally
📌 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
BPO / Telecalling experience preferred
Freshers with strong communication can also apply
Target-oriented & confident personality
💰 Salary Structure (CTC):
Fresher – ₹19,500
1 Year Experience – ₹21,000
(Salary as per experience band)
