Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound voice process(MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND DO -EMI CONVERSION,ACTIVATION ,RETENTION ALSO KNOWNS AS SALES PROCESS OUTBOUND.
  • Minimum targets but the salary will be fixed plus incentives.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Additional Information:

  • Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers and experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • 10am to 7 pm.
  • Nearby Juinagar station.
