Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound voice process(MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND DO -EMI CONVERSION,ACTIVATION ,RETENTION ALSO KNOWNS AS SALES PROCESS OUTNOUND.
- Minimum targets but the salary will be fixed plus incentives.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Additional Information:
- Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers and experience are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 10am to 7 pm.
