Job Description

Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic

Department: Call Centre

Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Working Days & Timing:

  • 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
  • Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday Fixed Off

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (Preferred)
  • Undergraduates can also apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)

Experience Required:

  • 6 Months to 8 Years of experience

Gender:

  • Male / Female

Key Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Experience in Outbound Telecalling / Telesales / Lead Generation
  • Ability to generate and handle leads effectively
  • Prior Outbound calling experience will be an added advantage

Travel Requirement:

  • Not Required
