• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Explain company products and services professionally.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer support and closures.
• Preferred Candidate:Female candidate with a professional communication style.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales potential may also apply.
