Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain CaratLane jewellery collections, offers, and services.
  • Schedule store appointments and follow up with customers.
  • Build customer relationships to improve sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with store sales teams for customer visits and order follow-ups.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
