JD:-
- Building applicant pools through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video interviews, and evaluating candidate skills and qualifications.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and managing the offer process.
- Acting as a liaison between candidates and company hiring teams to provide a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related role,
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
