Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive (Sales + Customer Support)
Company: Thyrocare
Job Role:
Handle telesales and customer support calls, assist customers with inquiries, promote services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound queries
- Explain services and convert leads into sales
- Resolve customer issues and provide support
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
Shift Timing:
- Boys: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (any 9-hour shift)
- Girls: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM (any 9-hour shift)
- Weekly rotational off
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling ability
- Sales experience preferred
