Job Description
Job Role: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan / Unity Bank (Off Roll)
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven telesales professionals to join our team for personal loan sales. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining loan products, and driving conversions through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loan offerings
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (BFSI or BPO sales preferred)
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible
- Strong verbal communication skills (Versant Level 4 or Level 5 required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Salary and Benefits:
- Versant Level 4: ₹25,500 CTC | ₹21,000 In-hand
- Versant Level 5: ₹28,000 CTC | ₹25,000 In-hand
- Shift: Day shift (rotational)
- Weekly rotational off
