✅ Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of Sales experience in an International BPO.
- Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal) is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

- Assist international customers through Live Chat.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets through Upselling and Cross-selling.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
🎯 Preferred Candidates
- Experience in International Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, or Troubleshooting.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
