Warden

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Boys Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of the hostel and ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of all residents. The warden will supervise hostel activities, maintain order, handle emergencies, and ensure that hostel rules and regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the functioning of the boys’ hostel at night.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of all hostel residents.
• Maintain hostel records including attendance, entry/exit registers, and visitor logs.
• Address student concerns, conflicts, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for cleanliness, repairs, and upkeep of the hostel premises.
