Job Description
- Looking For Warehouse Manager For Tanzania (Africa) location
- Supervise daily warehouse operations for pulses & grains, including quality assurance, inventory control, space utilization, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS (Management Information System) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support decision-making.
- Manage and oversee labour workforce to ensure efficient, safe, and smooth warehouse operations.
- Handle end-to-end warehouse management including inventory control, storage, dispatch, and compliance with safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers for operational support.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors/leads to monitor productivity, identify gaps, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
- Manage logistics operations, including coordination with transporters, drivers, and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
