Job Description

Job SummaryThe Cafe Staff member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing waffles and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the outlet.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and take orders politely.
  • Prepare waffles, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
  • Handle billing and cash/card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter, dining area, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper food storage and inventory handling.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
