Sales Manager

The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving ferro alloys sales to major institutional clients in the steel sector. Based at the Head Office, the role involves developing and nurturing strategic relationships, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring consistent business growth. The manager will act as the primary liaison between the organization and institutional buyers, aligning sales strategies with business objectives to strengthen market presence and achieve revenue targets. 

Job Responsibilities:

 Identify and target prime institutional clients in the steel industry.

 Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers.

 Drive sales of ferro alloys, ensuring achievement of revenue and volume targets.

 Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

 Negotiate contracts and close deals with institutional buyers.

 Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

 Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

 Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings. 

Strong understanding of ferro alloys and steel industry dynamics.
