Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor shift-wise production and process activities 

• Ensure smooth plant operation during shifts 

• Handle manpower coordination and shift management 

• Maintain production quality and safety standards 

• Prepare daily production and shift reports 

• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
