Purchase Executive

Job Description:

Industry: Automotive Tools Manufacturing Ind.

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors to meet organizational needs.

 Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the best value for the company.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.

 Track procurement spending and ensure adherence to budgetary limits.

 Implement strategic sourcing and bulk purchasing strategies to reduce costs.

 Coordinate just-in-time deliveries to minimize storage costs and optimize inventory.

 Ensure all purchased goods and services meet company standards and specifications.

 Address supplier non-compliance or performance issues promptly and effectively.

 Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier correspondence.

 Comply with audit requirements and management review protocols.

 Collaborate with finance, production, logistics, and other departments to align purchasing with overall operations.

 Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.

 Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

 Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in procurement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.

 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.

 Strong vendor evaluation, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
