Job Description
Job Title: Quality Inspector (Automotive)
Location: Nelamangala, Karnataka (Bosch Warehouse)
Open Positions: 4–5
Experience: 6 Months – 4 Years
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / BE/B.Tech (Mechanical or related field)
- Freshers with relevant internship/training may be considered (if applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspection of automotive components as per quality standards.
- Identify and segregate defective parts.
- Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures at the workplace.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection processes.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Location: Bosch Warehouse, Nelamangala, Karnataka
