Academic Counsellor

Arena Animation Connaught Place is looking for a passionate and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career courses in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Gaming, Digital Marketing, and Multimedia. The role involves counselling students, converting enquiries into admissions, and delivering an excellent student experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
• Conduct campus tours and counselling sessions for students and parents.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer, MS Office skills and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the education/training industry is preferred.
