Admission Counsellor – Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students regarding university courses and admissions.
Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about university courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and walk-ins.
Explain course details, fee structure, and admission process.
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain student records and daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the admission and academic team for smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of university courses and admission process.
Ability to handle students professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Graduate preferred.
Experience in education counselling/sales will be an added advantage
