Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our e-commerce team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining 100% accuracy in our physical and digital stock levels across various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting: Maintain books of accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing stock, perform regular physical audits, and reconcile stock with warehouse reports.
Marketplace Reconciliation: Reconcile sales reports from e-commerce platforms with bank statements and internal software.
GST & Compliance: Prepare data for GST filing, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Expense Tracking: Monitor shipping costs, returns (RTO), and packaging expenses to maintain profitability reports.
Requirements
Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), and e-commerce panel management.
Experience: 1–3 years in an e-commerce or retail environment is a plus.
